One more variation of the Gong Ritual, the sound journey as described by Dr. Peter Hess. It is a methodology of receptive music therapy with archaic instruments. Of course the therapy includes a integration protocol and as any other therapy is facilitated by professionals.
In this track as integration last song, right after the gong, I include a song, that is present in the album Espai Endins, and is called Torna.
Before the Soundtrack, some yoga exercises are done, to activate the energy in the joints of the body, then 5 minutes meditation, and then the sound trance. In the last part, when comes the oud and the kalimba with the voices, you are invited to join the music. Then a painting is done, in silence, as to integrate and express what you just felt during the sound journey. Then we make the integration round with the talking stick, in the cercle; first one on the personal topics, and then second one on the resonances found within the group.
